In the Negro community, hair is extremely important. They will spend thousands of dollars a year on wigs and stints. I do charity work in the housing projects, and I see pre-teen Negro girls with expensive hair stints. These people live on food stamps and in government housing. Nappy hair is definitely not popular with these girls.
