Is Matthews privy to their little arrangment with Moammar Gaddafi, where Libya scoops up boats of people headed for the EU and does who knows what to them afterwards . . . ? How about the ones that are already in the EU, where they (along with legitimate refugees) are thrown into detention centers (essentially concentration camps) for a minimum of 1½ years, with no contact with the outside world, no right to representation, and no guarantee of having their case heard?
