Surely one who committed a felony is ineligible. In fact, if the ID is for say, Elmer Fudd, it would mean Obama ran under a fictitious name, as the legal ID, or SSN, does not match his birth name.

Makes one wonder how many ‘newcomers’ are drawing Social Security and maybe even pensions using bogus ID information?
