Way cool on the coupons, PJ. I do the same thing at CVS with their CVS bucks. Sale item, coupon, CVS bucks, plus CVS bucks back on the purchase. I try to keep a string of free or nearly free items going every week.
Regarding Obama and the environmentalists. I think it is time to change strategy. Instead of arguing about global warming and its lack of truth, let’s ignore that and instead point out how Obama is a FAKE and a PHONY.
Point out all of those basketball chats and golf games while the leak flows. Point out how he is dragging his feet while the oil flows. Talk up the donations he received from BP. Discuss the wastefulness of wagyu beef and what type of carbon footprint that big tent and those trolley cars used to ferry guests made. Instead of making them defend their beliefs (and thus Obama) let’s make Obama the big villain and get on their side in the criticizing.
“Oh noes! Gulf of Mexico is in danger and Obama won’t save the pelicans and turtles! He’s a bad man!”
The problem I have with CVS (and Walgreens) is the limits they place on the numbers of items I can buy. I have one store that cooperates completely with me and I merely have to order stuff and they hold it for me in the backroom. For example, from this store I ordered 200 bottles of "stuff" early last week. On Saturday, 120 bottles arrived and I picked them up. Yesterday the remaining 80 bottles arrived and I also picked them up. Total retail (on sale) value was $600 plus tax. Me? I got them all for less than $8 including tax.
“Kohls Cash” and tax free 1/2 off sale priced clothing items go very well together.
