Unconscionable? Extremely serious? Really?
A mugging is unconscionable. Cancer is extremely serious.
Perhaps what O'Keefe did was somewhat reckless, somewhat careless and somewhat silly, he clearly had no criminal intent. Whatever he did, it was neither serious or unconscionable. Judge Hyperbole Duval needs to cut back on the coffee, or perhaps he needs a pet. I might recommend a cat, or small dog.
If this was 60 Minutes who played hidden candid-camera games as they done countless times in the past, they would have been lauded.
