My daughter worked for a state aid service. the amount of aid given to illegals is staggering. No proof of citizenship as most do not have a SS# The illegals are very savy at getting free money and services. I live in the Peoples Republic of Oregon where speaking spanish is required if you want a job in social services in the state.
