Facts About the Guardians of the Free Republics 2010-04-06 13:10:57 (Links in this writing are to articles which contained the false claims.)
1. The letters to the governors was non-partisan. Republican and democrat governors received the letters. They don't care which party you belong to as both parties are unlawful. Tim Turner has worked for Homeland Security, "under" Bush, has quit and denounced Bush as one of the most evil men belonging to one of the most evil families of our time. This is not about black or white. Believe me, this movement is not anti-anything except anti-tyranny.
2. It's not sedition to remove a tyrant anymore than it is theft for a woman to take back her purse from a purse snatcher. All people have the right of Postliminium, as stated in the law of nations, which says that things taken by an enemy remain property of the original owner and can be reclaimed once apprehended.
3. Governors are not asked to step down and go home. Rather, they are told that their seat as governor of a corporation is being changed to the seat of a rightful de jure republic governor.
4. The letters were not threatening.
5. They are not "extremists" anymore than an accountants who follow proper book keeping procedure are extremists. People who support the constitution fully will support the Guardians of the Free Republics.
6. All governors have received one, regardless of whether they will admit that they have.
7. The letters have not been published by the media because the content is so compelling that Americans would come out of the woodwork to support them.
8. The Guardians of the Free Republics have not published the letters because they don't want people coming out of the woodwork to revolt once they learn the truth about our country.
9. The recession did not make the Guardians of the Free Republics do this. They, along with Tim Turner, have been creating ways to set the people free from corporate government for years. The rise of people clinging to these ideologies is related to many things but the Guardians of the Free Republics are not reacting to a bad economy, a so-called black president/CEO, or anything other than freedoms being crushed on a daily basis.
10. The Guardians of the Free Republics have nothing to do with Terry Nichols or Timothy McVeigh. This claim is either stupidity or an attempt to plant seeds in the mind of the public that the Guardians of the Free Republics are illegitimate.
11. The Guardians of the Free Republics do not reject all forms of government. They reject unlawful forms of government that do not line up with our constitution.
12. The Guardians of the Free Republics do believe in paying lawful taxes (income taxes) and also believe in obeying laws.
13. The Guardians of the Free Republics are not a Sovereign Citizen Group, as there is no such thing as a "sovereign citizen". Those words are opposites. "Sovereign people" is the accepted phrase. A sovereign's master is God while a citizen's master is government.
14. The Guardians of the Free Republics are not right wing nuts anymore than George Washington was a right wing nut.

This is journalism? Submitted by Anonymous journalist reporting for duty (not verified) on Fri Apr. 2, 2010 5:16 PM PDT. This is nonsense masquerading as journalism. This group has over 2000 members nationwide at the moment. Yes, it's connected with several Texas radio stations. He should do more research before he writes about things he knows nothing about. CNN even had an audio clip from Sam Kennedy on his radio show. All this story is attempting to do is join the cadre of stories coming out today to gain web hits for ad revenue. Truth be damned! The group has been around for several years. Just because your local poker group does not have a website broadcasting it's intentions does not mean it does not exist. Private groups, clubs, secret societies don't have websites you moron. The website was generated to recruit additional people if you read it - www.gotfr.com. Based on Clive's views, he is probably a member of the group. However, simply by being the registered person for the website does not make him a leader or owner. Heard of a proxy registration? Check out GoDaddy, they have them. The MSM still can't get the story right. The ultimatum given is: accept your proper place as a governor controlled by the people within the republic as laid out in the Constitution and stay in office or you will be replaced. (Read the website) Now who would make such a claim to all the governors without the ability to enforce it? You get support within the military. And the FBI didn't even arrest Sam Kennedy after a 2 hour interview....go figure. -
Before everybody starts getting their panties in a wad over this, do just a “little bit” more digging.
Many of us have been scratching our heads over the years here on this forum, reading articles about what our “government” is doing that defies ALL logic. Defies actual LAW. Things that seem to defy EVERYTHING we learned about our Constitution in 10th grade History Class as far as How The Law Is Supposed To Work - yet, it just doesn’t seem to be working like that, eh?
Of course there is greed and corruption on all sides - but don’t you ever wonder just how they seem to be actually getting away with it right in front of our noses?
The group who put this Declaration together has figured out how to LAWFULLY ‘fight fire with fire.’ We The People have had the Bigger Fire all along (Common Law and the Constitution) but it’s taken some time to figure out how to use it *powerfully* to get around the shenanigans of our so-called “court system” and so-called “government(s).”
Is this group “small”? Doesn’t matter - the impact is what matters. And it’s making an impact. . .if you know what to look for in the headlines.
>> Does not the Tea Party & Tea Party express movements have leaders who organize the ranks?
Sure — but I’ve never heard those tea party leaders say I can’t see the problems exposed to the plain light of day, ‘cause I might “revolt”. Quite the opposite, actually. They seem to believe that the MORE I know about the evils of government, the BETTER.
>> They are not anti-govt they are for lawful govt that the republic(s) once stood for.
Great! Then they should PUBLISH THEIR MATERIAL for ALL to see. Why not?
I was paraphrasing Sam Kennedy. He said this. Really, they want a peaceful revolution behind the scenes where the public gradually feels everything get fixed without a fight.
