Very good (and true) points, but that one Harvard Law Review lady expressly said she didn’t speak out during the campaign because she thought it might not be “fair.” However, maybe others did and no one listened and reported it.

It's probably born of political correctness coupled with affirmative action. It simply wouldn't have been "fair" to tell the truth about a black man...
