Nancy Pelosi decided to thumb her nose at the Anti-Obamacare protesters today. Instead of going into the Capitol the usual way, she decided to walk through the protesters with other Congressman and an armed security team, waiving her giant gavel. As you can see with in the video below it was almost as if she took an early victory lap. The only real reason for her to make that entrance was to taunt the protesters.
This video should be saved and shown over and over during the mid-term election campaign. But it may not be over despite the Bart Stupak "fold." According to the Hill the Democrat no's are up to 35 only two (of the four undecided) are needed. In other words, we aint dead yet. Although I would be lying if I didn't say the fat lady is warming up.

Notice that we don’t see any protesters in that shot, we only hear them. We don’t know who the man is who as warning someone to move back, and we don’t know who he was warning.
Notice also that the Rats decided to walk up the steps as close as they possibly could to the protesters, when they could have used the steps on the other side of the nearest railing instead.
They were trying to generate a violent reaction for the camera.

The arrogance is astounding. It is almost as if they know that this is their one and only chance to socialize America and that they will lose control and power in the House come November. It is like a football team who scores one touchdown and flaunts it but then goes on to lose the game. They celebrate and savor the good feeling of at least putting up a score only to go down to defeat in the end.
Someone needs to photoshop Nancy out of that photo and just have Stenny with his purse and John holding hands. :)
