Obama strategist David Axelrod and White House spokesman Robert Gibbs threaten that the Obamacare bill will be passed by this upcoming week. However, that would be despite the lack of votes that stand in the way of such a passage, according to top Democrat vote counter, James Clyburn of South Carolina. So just how in the world are the defiant Democrats going to overcome the reality that they have insufficient votes for passage? Are they just delusional, or do they have some chicanery up their sleeves? It may well be chicanery as according to Axelrod, the White House is retreating from earlier demands that some special, sweetheart deals by certain lawmakers be removed from the bill in order to aid with passage. In short, the White Housein order to pass a bill that the majority of Americans already detestsis even permitting special deals for senators Max Baucus and Chris Dodd to remain in the bill, just for them! Beautiful...just beautiful.

Can it be done, you ask? Can the Democrats snatch victory (which would in fact be a resounding defeat for all Americans) from the jaws of defeat? Well, only if they're unethical, underhanded and start to use that old fall-back trick of theirs: the bribe. So in short...maybe Pelosi can still, unfortunately, pull this off...but only with a lot of dirty arm-twisting. I'm shocked, shocked I tell you, to learn that the democrats have some underhanded trick up their sleeve /sarc

So, why don’t the ‘yes’ votes have the same concerns? If it’s so unpopular . . .

Remember that there is no such thing as a moderate or conservative Democrat. The Leadership will make the deals they need to make in order to get the number they need for passage.

Its not the Votes that count but who counts the Votes. Democrats are proving this communist tactic over and over. It was tried by Al Gore in 2000. It was successful in Washington State Governor race 2004. It was successful in the Minnesota US Senate race where the votes were endlessly recounted until the Dems won. The Press accepted the tactic; so much for the guardians of liberty. The Dems will now attempt a trick to pass ObamaCare.
Axelrod and Gibbs aim their rhetoric at recalcitrant House members cause if it passes the Dem nays will be defunded by the party in favor of compliant candidates.

The real question is, how many ‘Rat congress critters will be willing to fall on their swords in November, to give Obama his “victory” in March??
