Seven Hours of Health Care. It was a long battle, the GOP brought facts, the Democrats brought emotional stories. The most telling part of the day was when the President was walking back to the White House at the end with his progressive colleagues , he shouted to the press, "We'll see, we will see if we changed some attitudes." That was the purpose of this exercise changing attitudes, not of the GOP legislators in the room but of the American public.

My contempt for the Kenyan Marxist doubled in the past 7.5 hours.
Sammy’s wrong on that one. Obama’s audience was the dem congress. Obama was hoping to steel their hearts to fall on their swords for him.

What would Ron Paul have said to them? Would he have offered his own big government fix or would he have blasted the Democrats for trying to fix something the government broke in the first place with more big government?
Whether you like Paul or not, did anybody say those things today? Or, did they really say (as I just heard on a news break) that they should implement health care reform at a slower pace, one part at a time (the Republican solution)? WTH is wrong with these people?
Now, like I said, I didn't hear the raw 7 1/2 hours of the summit, so please tell me I'm wrong.
Changing attutudes... this is what is was all about. Is anyone surprised, no. The arrogance of this fool is remarkable! He will get his final slap down in November when all his buddies will be gone and he will be the only fool on the hill!
Obama admits he wasn’t there to listen to Republicans, but to sell his takeover of the healthcare industry.
