We are burring the RINO’s and closet socialists within the GOP and those who have accounts on this website.
The only people defining these people as “our own” are those who do NOT understand the struggle or benefit from extending the myth.
One reason Mitt is less trusted than, say, Giuliani is that Giuliani is forthright and consistent about being pro-abortion-access. Mitt keeps changing his position, odd for a man well into his 50s, to suit those voting in his next election.
Sure, Mitt’s a smart guy. Make him Sec. of Commerce. But ...

Which is worse:
1. The entire country watching a Socialist Democrat President actively try to destroy America in so obvious a way that all but the dimmest can see it?
-Or-
2. The entire country watching a morally bankrupt, rudderless and false conservative Republican President failing to lead us through crisis while constantly testing the polls for policy decisions?
I think I know which one will serve the country better in the long run. It's never too early to marginalize phony politicians, but it sure as heck can be too late.

I’m no fan of Romney. In fact, he should never be given political power imo. But enough is enough. I think we have more serious and more dangerous enemies than Mitt.
Come to think of it, even Ron Paul didn’t have nasty videos posted as part of fund raisers. Isn’t that interesting?

No, they are about taking out the biggest threat to the site favorite — Palin.
I don’t dislike Palin. And I wouldn’t worry about her functioning as President because she could surround herself with experienced, smart people.
But, I do worry about her getting elected, and I don’t want to blow the opportunity to take advantage of the anti-Democrat backlash that is building.
It is absolutely true that, in order to win, you have to win over the vast mushy middle. It is not enough that your “base” thinks you walk on water.
Instead of hiding Palin’s weaknesses like it did for Obama, the media will be focusing on them like a laser. I worry that she will have a series of “deer-in-the-headlights” moments that would kill any confidence that the mushy middle might have and make it impossible for her to get elected.
She has a great deal of appeal and some real political gifts. I have not seen that she has much of a grasp of complicated issues, or is capable of any subtlety of thought, or is able to think on her feet. Her heart seems to be in the right place most of the time, but she is not consistently conservative. Sometimes she is more of a populist, such as when she bashes big business.
Maybe a better leader than Palin or Romney will come along. I’m waiting.
