UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT, Western District of Tennessee, Memphis, TN served by Mac MacDougall
American Grand Jury has incorporated the Fitzpatrick criminal complaint and the Nancy Pelosi criminal conspiracy complaint within its Presentments.
The American Grand Jury Criminal Presentments have now been hand-delivered by Process-Service to the Clerk of the United States District Court, Mr. Thomas M. Gould, Memphis, Tennessee [serve affidavit by Mac MacDougall] .

The criminal charges of Eligibility Fraud and Treason (Barack Obama) and Conspiracy of Election Fraud (Nancy Pelosi and Barack Obama) are now pending before these and numerous other Courts.

American Make-Believe Grand Jury is a silly organization of unhinged conspiracy nuts and no legal authority will take any of their so-called "Presentments" seriously. They are no different than than idiots on the left who tried to "arrest" Dick Cheney and they'll succeed at nothing more than making conservatives look like raving lunatics.
Good stuff. Keep making noise. Sooner or later, the anointed one will be held to account on this critical Constitutional issue. I pray we still have a country when that happens.

Keep up the good work, and don’t let the concern trolls get you. At the end of the day you’ve served the ideals of the Constitution, even if you fail, whereas they’ve just sat around on their fat asses talking smack about conservatives online.

“That Obama is NOT eligible under the laws of the Constitution of the United States as provided for in Article II, Section 1... Wherefore, Obama is not a “natural born” Citizen for the following reasons:
1) Obama was NOT born of mother and father who were BOTH US Citizens.
2) Obama was a British Citizen “at birth.”
3) Obama was born in Kenya.
4) Obama’s mother did not meet US Immigration laws necessary to pass US Citizenship to Obama.”
Same old, same old. There is no recognized legal precedent stating that a natural born citizen must have two citizen parents. So hypothetically, even if that were to be ruled by the Supreme Court (which it never will be), it would be a simple misunderstanding clarified by the Court, not a crime. I suppose if someone could actually prove Obama was born in Kenya, he knew it, and he deliberately concealed it, that's a fraudulent act. But to anyone being objective, there's nothing even approaching proof of that in the “presentment.”

“The charge of “Treason” against Obama is before the people of the United States of America. That such complaint is CRIMINAL, of high crimes, and extremely damaging against the people.
Said complaint was formally brought by a Military Officer (retired) of the United States of America. All United States Military Officers are sworn to uphold the Constitution of the United States and such complaint is valid, explicit and proper; when an Officer is aware of such malfeasance of Treason by an offender it is that Officer's SWORN duty to come forward and present such accusation and complaint; The Military Officer who filed the complaint is Lt. Commander Walter Fitzpatrick, III, retired, United States Navy and a graduate of the United States Naval Academy;”
The evidence presented in Exhibit 5 is a joke. It's a letter from Fitzpatrick to Obama ranting at him that he's a criminal because...well, because Fitzpatrick says so. It's total crank stuff, without so much as an actual specific charge of anything. This is also the same nut who rants that Obama is a Muslim preparing to lead an invasion of the US by his Muslim hordes.
Really credible stuff.

“The Democratic National Convention in conjunction with Nancy Pelosi, Chair of the DNC, has committed fraud against the electorate, the States and people of the United States. Pelosi, in conjunction with Barack Obama and others, conspired to withhold the truth about Obama’s eligibility when vetting and subsequently nominating Obama on the DNC ticket.”
Again, no one has presented any evidence proving he wasn't eligible. Everything the “presentment” claims makes him ineligible was common knowledge at the time he ran. Obviously, there was no legal consensus that he was clearly ineligible. The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court did swear him into office knowing all this. But filling out the certification forms for the election is a crime?
This stuff is risible. As in sad and pathetic. It isn't defending the Constitution or the United States. It is a display of personal psychological problems that simply discredits conservatism.
A make-believe grand jury produces make-believe indictments.
Because federal law says so?
Yes, well when it comes to vacuous claims I appear to be talking to the expert.
Rule 6 of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure states: "When the public interest so requires, the court must order that one or more grand juries be summoned." The courts, not a bunch of lunkheads who may or may not have ever read the Constitution to begin with.
