Check the model’s release... if it says that the photo can only be used for Runner’s magazine then she can sue. And if I were her I would.

Even more offensive is the picture in the magazine’s article that has a Sarah Palin Barbie doll figure dressed like a sexualized school girl. Shame on you Newsweek for your deplorable tactics.

It would be more trouble than it'd be worth, and the media would have a field day with it. Still, worth looking into. Maybe the lawyers know some way of making this into an advantage.
