Slooowwwly the sheeple may begin to realize all this government “help” is at the price of liberty.
What freedom will you have when the govt can deny you health care, funds the newspaper you read, owns your employer (like GM), owns the bank that holds your home mortgage, pays the art community to back its programs ....
If you have lived in this country more than a year you KNOW they will use this power in corrupt ways to silence opposition.

This is the same thing they do for research grants on global warming.
If your paper supports the idea of global warming, you get more funding.
If your paper undermines the idea of global warming, you never get another grant.
