So do you think Hannah and James were able to get an sudience (either in person or over the phone) with the NEA or directly with the White House in hopes of receiving a grant to promote obama propaganda?

I don't think it's the NEA. A scandal with the NEA isn't going to resonate with most Americans unless it is so egregious that it couldn't be ignored.

As much as I dislike the NEA, I'd be disappointed if it were them.
