They will say that they intentionally omitted the clause about Obama being eligible under the Constitution because everyone knows that the SCOTUS hasn’t ruled on the definition of a natural born citizen as it applies to a person born to one American-citizen parent and one foreign-citizen parent.

Here is my question, does anyone have a copy of the same document from Bush and Clinton. I want to see if theirs included the Constitution part. If so, then the fact that they removed it from this one is very significant.

This is old news and was gone over probably over a month ago on one or more of the BC threads, I believe (recall?) there were like 5 states without the cert.

Someone posted the one with cert to one or more of the states IIRCC. I will try and look. The states without the cert would be the same ones that had the resident alien Roger Calero on the ticket. In the states that needed a cert or checked citizenship Calero was replaced by another name.

Why does the simple fact the the ORIGINAL documents said 0bama was Constitutionally qualified AND THEY REMOVED THAT STATEMENT before submitting the documents, not impress you as significant?

As a matter of covering our bases, however, I’d like to see the paperwork submitted in convention’s of the past. Perhaps this is a standard operating procedure? Let’s not make a storm in a teacup until we know how big is the teacup.

via an FOIA. The only docs that have

AZ .. so someone must’ve gotten that FOIA

did not think it a slight; (doubt STARWISE will either). Two reasons for correcting.

The second is to reinforce just how critical the Freeper research has become. MSM no-news propaganda machine has forced people to get news elsewhere; but, moreover, anything important (to the cause) that breaks on conservative mid-tier news/talk/blogs sources generally has lagged Freeper research by days, weeks, months, etc.

I'm not sure anyone realizes just how important FR has become. The connections are worked out here & the findings (along with source documentation [bec Freepers are attacking their work so professionally] are filtering up the chain to a larger or more visible entities willing to go public with the info. What also happens is that mid-tier sources start the ball rolling & Freepers pick it up, expand & enlarge & connect the dots; then mid-tier sources pick up the ball again and report their breaking news.

This is nothing new on FR, An army of intelligent, pro-active, Constitution-loving citizens have been pooling their collective knowledge and expertise here since the beginning. What is new is how organized Freepers have become and how starved the public is for TRUTH.

Freepers are generally selfless regarding their work. Often, very often, the research is so collaborative it is impossible to distribute credit --- Freepers working as one organism.

But where we can, giving credit where credit is due is just plain just.

Freepers will never know if they saved our country, but they will never forget that they responded when their country sent out an SOS.

This isn't new news. FReepers discovered this a while ago, on the birth certificate threads, I believe. I don't know why they didn't follow up and get a copy of Clinton's and Carter's to compare it with. Bush's too.
I don't understand why some of these news media sources don't get all of their information and evidence before running a story. It drives me crazy because it allows the Marxist and his team to confiscate, scrub and get rid of evidence to back up the evidence that was found. Have they never heard of discretion?

Someone posted upthread that some states required certification, and some states do not. Therefore there are two forms. Before I get too excited about this...Does anyone know the law regarding this??? Anyone??

I don’t want to pop everyone’s buble here, but the two different forms were used for different states, some needed the certification, some didn’t.
