assuming this case goes bad for Obama, what is the next step before SCOTUS?

No doubt if there is an interim appeal before SCOTUS, this thing is dead.

Goes to the 9th cicuit Court of Appeals, a kookie set of judges, firstly simply three of them then the whole Bench. Then eventuallu SCOTUS.

But....

If the case is heard at trial and Obama is found guilty/ineligible and to any number of felonies, treason etc., that come up as a consequence, the appeals process - compared to the effect on the populace in the USA and all over the world will probably be unimportant and he will not be able to hold his presidency.

What happens next, in addition to race riots in or streets is pure conjecure at this point.

Therfe will be a legal mess and none of his appointments and orders will have a validity.

Pelosi and many others may end up in prison as co-conspirators and for treason.

The CIA will be more than happy to assist in that.

If the judge finds the evidence credible, Obama can appeal it all he wants, but the result will be the same.

I believe that the 9th District stands above this court, then the USSC. I just served over a month of jury duty in the Fed Court House in Santa Ana. I will never forget it.

There is, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. After that it goes to the Supreme Court. But remember, either side can appeal, if they lose.
