Carlos Watson - Today I want to talk about a word that we're hearing more and more, and that's the word socialist. You hear it from a lot of conservatives these days, that's usually critiquing the President, or more broadly Democrats. And while that's certainly a legitimate critique, there certainly is an ideology that can and should be critiqued at certain times, it also some times is just a kind of a generic conservative bludgeoning tool. And that's alright, too, because you hear it on the Democratic side as well: rightwingnut, what have you.But what concerns me is when in some of those town hall meetings including the one that we saw in Missouri recently where there were jokes made about lynching, etc., you start to wonder whether in fact the word socialist is becoming a code word, whether or not socialist is becoming the new N-word for frankly for some angry upset birthers and others. I hope that's not the case, but it sure does say to you what David Brooks said the other day on T.V. which is that more credible conservatives have to stand up and say that there's a line that has to be drawn, that there's a line of responsibility that's important, and that extends to the words that we choose including how choose even legitimate words like socialist.
Typical liberal tactic there by throwing out the accusation and then saying....well, I don't know but I hope not. Lets see if it sticks.
And your right Mr. Watson, there is a line that has to be drawn. A line you cannot cross. And that line is socialism.

No, but it appears “racism” is the new word for “dissent.”
Watson doesn’t even know what socialism is. What a dumb bell.
MSNBC is the new brain-dead.
Thank you for a nice chuckle this evening. A network of lunatics, no doubt.
“Damned clever RATs broke our code and didnt even have our super secret OMEGA machine.”
(Pssst...don’t tell them about Ralphie’s Little Orphan Annie secret decoder ring...)
I too avoid using the word “socialist.” It doesn’t have a bite to it. Instead, I call our leaders what they have truly become. Fascist pigs. It reminds all the dried up, slow moving hippies of the perverted irony that theirs is THE generation that has fully embraced textbook fascism.
I prefer Communist. It has more bite. And makes people think. I think Communist is better for breaking down the MSM hypnotrance most sheeple are suffering from. The shock value is better.
No it is a dirty word. It is no different than stealing or thievery. When you are forced into a government system whether you want to be in it or not and your property/money is docked without your direct consent then one can not be said to be free. Socialism is tyranny and soft slavery and we will overcome it.

If the libs keep this up, we won’t have a usable alphabet before long. Let’s see...
There’s a b-word, a c-word, an l-word, an n-word, an s-word - did I leave any out? Oh, yes. During the campaign there was an H-word that none dare utter.
Really? I just don’t see people snapping out of their trance with the word communism, sadly, thanks to the SRM and academia. It seems to me, fascism equates more quickly to nazis and Mussolini, Germany and Italy...WWII...brown shirts black shirts etc. But, maybe that’s just me.
The muslim’s supporters don’t think socialism is bad. And here’s why. If the wealth is spread around most of them would be getting more money.
Please, puh-lease, do not be intimidated by this. I know the sense of white guilt has been drilled into our heads since elementary school but we have to be immune to being called a racist. They are using that word to frighten off any namby pamby moderate. (Especially those useful idiots here in the northeast who still think of themselves as republicans) If the word socialism gets under their skin then so be it!!! Use the word loudly and forcefully.
I say commie POS, for these socialists, that are trying to take over our lives. When they get me real irked, I don’t use the POS acronym, but I try not to let them get me that mad.
Is ‘journalist’ the new “c” word?
These people can’t tell me what I can say and can’t say. They’re not journalists, they’re flunkies for the Democratic Party.
How about simply calling the Democrats dictators, because they don’t like you using any of your constitutionally guaranteed freedoms. It makes them nervous.
