Although MSNBC ratings were higher during the presidential campaign, they have slumped badly, especially those of Keith Olbermann. The hallmark of his program was attacking Bill O'Reilly but that began to boomerange because as "The Factor" ratings went up, Olbermann's went down.

Now it appears that the feud between Olbermann and O'Reilly has been cooled down by their bosses. According to the New York Times, when O'Reilly started attacking General Electric, the parent company of MSNBC, as doing business with Iran , it continued as the fiercest media fued of the decade.

I love FoxNews but I have to tell you that the O’Reilly Factor has gone way down in my book. I do’t know why he has that dopey lady on his show who anlalyzes people’s body language. That chick has had so much frigging work done on her face and that O’Reilly with that stupid segment of his show where he asks to his guests and they have to hold up the sign for the letter they are choosing. And then all the fence sitting that he does just to keep his audience numbers up..

According to the New York Times... Well, it's still, possibly, true.

After reading this, it doesn’t appear either Commentator should be taken too seriously.
Back room deal between Fox News and MSNBC? How “Bipartisan”.

There are no other bloviators on TV in their class. They take the cake. A tie

Both Keith and Bill are products of the Peter Principle.
Keith was a sports anchor and Bill was a tabloid
newsmagazine anchor. How the Hell they got to where they are today, beats me.

Give Glenn Beck O'Reilly's time slot and I bet those ratings would double.
Give O'Reilly Beck's time slot and I bet his numbers halve.

I would love nothing more than these two bloviating asshats to beat each other into a bloody pulp in a back alley ... resulting in neither of them ever being able to work again.
To: usalady
A pox on both the loudmouth jerks.

I imagine it’s really boring even for liberals to listen to Olbie say how perfect Obama is.
To: usalady
Olbie denies any “deal”, since that would really finish him off if he had to quit trashing O’reilly and Fox every day. That’s the only reason his show gets any viewers at all.
