Because Republicans are so supposed to represent the better angels of our nature. They are supposed to stand for Judeo-Christian values.
It is the Democrats that stand for Satan, immorality, homosexuality, abortion of the innocent (even outside the birth canal), theft, socialism, welfare, racsim, etc.

That is not true and I am sick of this nonsense. The New Jersey and New York Governor both resigned. Bill Clinton was impeached. John Edwards will never be President and has become a laughing stock. The only freaks who did not resign are that disgusting Vitter, Ensign and Sanford. All three refuse to do what is right for the country. Even that really scumbag from Idaho stayed until the last minute. Alaska Republican Senator stayed until he lost his seat to a Democrat. I am sorry there is scum on both sides but for some reason our scum seem to linger until they are replaced with a Dem which is so frustrating.
As a Republican, he is a disgusting, lowlife, immoral scumbag.
As a Democrat, he is a model of virtue and moral purity (compared to many prominent and celebrated Democrats).
All he needs to do is change Parties and he will instantly become one of the more moral and honest of the Dem’s.
