If he’s unaware, it could be that the folks protesting the irresponsible federal government need to protest louder and in greater mass than what showed up in DC on inauguration day.

This should come as no surprise.
President Obama is also unaware of the Constitution's limitations on government, as so clearly expressed by the words, Powers herein granted, in Article 1. Section 1. of the nation's owner's manual.
Obama would discover these words were he merely to read America’s Constitution. I am sure we can find a real constitutional law professor who could explain to Obama what those words mean.
Then he is deaf, dumb, blind in one eye and can't see out of the other.

He is DELIBERATELY saying he's unaware of the Tea Parties.
He's showing his disdain for us, he's shoving the rallys right into our faces, he's letting us know what he thinks of us peasants attempting to storm the castle with our pitchforks.
