Yes, Iran will go nuke within the first term of “the one.” But, O will sign a “peace agreement” with Israel to guarantee their security against Iran (and others). Everyone will see this as a circle of people all holding a gun to each others head....and stand down. But only for a few years. After that, things that were bad will go to much worse than anyone now imagines.

Wrong. Bibi can see through Obama and his surrounding scum. He will (and must) act unilaterally to prevent a nuclear Iran and this will happen soon.

I agree with you on Israel (probably).
But Iran having a nuke - and particularly a ballistic nuke - will give them impunity to export their terrorism as much as they like, or close down the Strait and cut off oil supplies.
Are we going to risk a nuclear war over that?
We’ve talked about nukes as “deterrent.” But it will be Iran which will have the deterrent.
