From what I have read, Hawaii has merely said that the original document is on file. Nothing about its content.

He’s just a troll. Try not to feed the trolls.
I don’t really care to play the games. I know what’s going to happen. I’ll post the quote. You’ll take it out of context, saying that it means something different from what it says. You’ll claim that Hawaii has birth certificates stored on everyone who has ever lived there, doesn’t matter whether they were born there, I’ll laugh at such a preposterous statement, meanwhile no one who subscribes to the belief that Obama was born somewhere other than Hawaii will have to submit even the smallest bit of proof to back up their ideas of a non-Hawaiian birth.

See http://www.swamppolitics.com/news/politics/blog/2008/11/obama_hawaaianborn_citizen_for.html for November 3, 2008 report that Hawaii Department of Health Spokeswoman confirmed that Obama was born in Hawaii.
To be precise, when asked whether the Director’s official statment meant that Obama was born in Hawaii, the spokeswoman replied:
“Yes,” said Hawaii Health Department spokeswoman Janice Okubo, in both email and telephone interviews with the Tribune. “That’s what Dr. Fukino is saying.”
