Obama’s response to Philip Berg’s Writ of Certiorari is due December 1st. I can just imagine the type of response Obama’s defense team will give.
I finally looked certiorari up and the definition is:
“noun a writ to call up the records of a lower court for consideration in the High Court of Justice.”
That doesn’t seem very promising when you consider that no court, lower or upper, has yet given any consideration at all to the substance of the case, just technical points.
