That really IS the 64K question. I have no idea what the protocol will be. If he ran illegitimately, then Biden is not VP either. Then what? You can't exactly hand it to McCain. Oh my...maybe Nancy Pelosi would be President! AKKKKK

Lets say they find a problem. Then what do they do? Im surprised any of them even wanted to look into this. If is true then there's only two choices. Ignore it and hope that it was just a one time thing and that it never gets out that he wasn't qualified...or disqualify him and watch a really ugly mess unfold.
Either way it's not going to be pretty, but the 2nd choice will go away eventually and the constitution will be upheld.
