If is true then there's only two choices. Ignore it and hope that it was just a one time thing and that it never gets out that he wasn't qualified...or disqualify him and watch a really ugly mess unfold.

Either way it's not going to be pretty, but the 2nd choice will go away eventually and the constitution will be upheld.

They have to at least 'discuss' the matter because one Justice accepted it. BUT, the matter will die there. They will not open Pandora's Box.
