I really hate to minimize the importance of Berg's effort but it seems pretty obvious that the judge is simply going to run out the clock on this lawsuit. There has been plenty of time for him to make a ruling and all we hear from the court are the sounds of silence.

The judge needs to demand the documents and give Obama 2 days to provide them or rule in favor of Berg. This isn't rocket science. Berg has standing to bring this law suit and that is the only issue that he has to decide.
