Marine Lance Corporal Justin Sharratt, a resident of Canonsburg, Washington County, Pennsylvania, will appear this Saturday, October 27, 2007 at 10:00 p.m. and Sunday, October 28, 2007 at 9:00 p.m. on Sean Hannity’s “Hannity’s America”. Lance Corporal Sharratt was charged with three counts of murder in the November 2005 engagements in Haditha, Iraq. After a full investigation and after the judicial hearing, Sharratt was completely exonerated.
World-wide attention was drawn to the Haditha encounter in 2006 when Congressman John Murtha (D-Pennsylvania) made repeated assertions to the media that Lance Corporal Sharratt and his fellow Marines had “committed cold-blooded murder”. Murtha further went on and compared the Haditha encounter to the infamous My Lai massacre in Vietnam.
Unfortunately for Lance Corporal Sharratt’s reputation, Congressman Murtha made his conclusory assertions while the United States Marine Corps’s investigation was in progress and was made prior to any conclusions being reached.
Although Sharratt has been fully exonerated, the damage to his reputation has been done. The damaging remarks were published and republished repeatedly throughout the world.
Accordingly, Sharratt has retained attorney Noah Geary to file a defamation/slander lawsuit against Congressman Murtha.
A Legal Fund at www.JustinSharratt.com has been created seeking donations to support the lawsuit against Murtha, specifically to be put towards litigation costs, travel expenses and attorney’s fees.

But, I did repeat a couple of clips to get the message across of what a traitorous troop-hating EX-Marine unrepentant liar that Murtha is.
I have more adjectives for Murtha but those will do...
