Amendment 14 - Citizenship Rights

1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, LIBERTY, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

Liberty is generally considered a concept of political philosophy and identifies the condition in which an individual has the ability to act according to his or her own will.

Doesn't matter what you think. For the government to enforce it's will on people's liberty is unconstitutional. That's why the government came up with the Controlled Substances Act and it took until 1970 for this to happen. It was another way twist up the constitution from it's original meanings.

Yes, I'm a libertarian. Individual freedom is a long lost tradition in America...

Drugs are legalized. Pharmacies are filled with legalized amphetamines, barbituates and narcotics.

The old Roscoe was much better than this . . .
