Actually, a poster on one of the DUmmie threads said that Air America was claiming that a decision hasn't been made yet. They were also claiming that the story about Err America "stiffing" Al Franken wasn't true. Haven't been able to find confirmation of either one yet.

Err America can't stiff Al Franken. He was smart enough to get his contract paid up front (in escrow I presume).
