Oddly enough he and Bush share a good quality - they don't insult their opponents. That's why I think Giuliani will win. That always impressed me about the President in the 2000 primary debates and I do find that one of Rudy's endearing qualities. It's a sign of confidence and leadership, something Newt, McCain and Hagel don't seem to have.
