Question one, why did they go for a 501c4 instead of a 501c3 given the fact that the 501c3 donations would have been deductible for the donors? The only logical conclusion is that the 501c4 is the least scrutinized for political activity. If the agenda of the MMCD is to form a 3rd party and lobbying entity then they have a lot more leeway in using donated money and money can be funneled into it from a partner 501c3 organizations. So based on that Simcox is collecting money for a fence but spending the bulk for his political goals. Question 2, can he legally solicit funds for one purpose and then spend the funds for an entirely different purpose? Question three , is there a 501c3 organization partnered with him that is passing funds gathered that couldn't be used by them for political activity into the new 501c4 to be laundered.

He is already filed for a third party pac. Those documents have hit the FEC just now. Apparently there is a effort to provide seperation between him and Gichrist. Even though the same familar faces come up and the adress of this pac is in the same office as the other minuteman pac
