Sorry, not that big a deal. The reason the others were endorsed en-masse is because they were all incumbents. It is often the case that republican committees endorse incumbents against challengers.

Why anybody cares about these endorsements is beyond me.

The point is, they pretended otherwise, they were caught lying about it, and the local paper didn't care.

If you're going to bother doing endorsements, you have to give the challengers a chance, or at least have an individual up and down vote for each incumbent. Otherwise these endorsements are exercises that nobody should care about.

But again, the point it that they lied about how it was done to try to make people care about it, and the local paper, even after how things really went down was exposed, didn't care.

The much much larger point, though, is that if you're from Ohio, vote for Pierce. We need genuine conservatives in the Senate, not RINOs who can't be counted on like DeWine.
