This is why all the Bush & Condi leak stories have been coming down the pike. An preemptive attempt at moral relativism by the Dem treasonists.

"This is why all the Bush & Condi leak stories have been coming down the pike."
It has been called a Leak. It was declassifed by the President or Vice President per authority.
Thus, no LEAK, except as you point out, by the "moral relativists"!

Oath Required By The Constitution And By Law To Be Taken By Senators:
"I, A__ B__, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God."

No one is immune from investigation and possible prosecution for leaking
any material critical for the national defense. That includes intelligence services and
information obtained by whatever means from intelligence services.
Yes, this must include members of the administration and members of the opposition...

Why would it be a constitutional crisis to indict senators? I suppose Justice could insist on the senate disciplining its own on an or else basis. But I see no reason to think that they would be immune from prosecution. The idea that the justice department is purely political is a slur on all of the career professionals from both parties who work there.

Have dates for the polygraphs of Durbin & Rocherfeller been set?

Both of them lie so much the polygraph won't pick up any change in stress.

I would object to the statement that "The Democrat staffers will not hold a united front here - they arent paid enough, are treated like garbage and are not idealogues." Didn't Chuck the Schmuck's staffer, that Weiner girl take a bullet for Lt. Gov of Maryland's illegal credit check? They march in lock-step and they're very idealogical.
To: KentTrappedInLiberalSeattle
Now the question will be, "Will the results be released to the public?"
