(Actually the notion that it was done by extremist wackos is a lot better than it being done by average hooligans)
I am not ashamed (I didn't do iy) but it is really first time I hear that this incident was caused by skinheads. Anyway - skinheads or hooligans - this should not happen and authors of this matter should take severe punishment. Poles are not anti-Russians.
