know, Ive been away for far too long.
A friend asked me if I had fallen in love, and I assure you all that such is not the case. Another friend posted a comment asking if I had no reaction to the win of Hamas, and I do.
I just havent mustered up the energy to say everything which I want to say in recent weeks. Sometimes, it takes a lot to say what I do say and somebody has to kick-start me to say something again in the public light.
That being the case, Id like to say something about these pictures of Mohammed which are causing such a bloody stir:

The writer at that link certainly has an extensive vocabulary.....
Mal: Hope I can say this in an intelligent way. Glad you
got it off your chest because each time I read about suicide bombers or beheading I hurt with every inch of
my soul. However, I believe that the writing of the Koran and the Old Testament had the same goals for civilization. You can find references to multiple wives, concubines, eunuchs, baby Moses in a basket on a river, blood sacrifices.
I cannot make myself hate an entire religion. I do not believe that God would let such a situation exist. There are christian arabs, good people who believe in Islam and somehow we must win them over to trust us.
No way can we live with ourselves if we destroy all
those people, nor can we sit by and let them destroy us or the rest of the world. We must ask ourselves "What Would Jesus Do" . Isn't that what we believe? Now it is time
to test our own beliefs. Don't you have faith that it will work or should we behave like the Islams? Two wrongs do not make a right.
Know these seem like weak words to you now. We have
some intelligent people in this country and they will do
what is best for us. We are all in the same boat. This country takes time to realize what is happening, but it
will win but not without losses and sacrifice.
Why don't you tell me something I don't know? Oh, he was also an assassin.

No, I am not exaggerating. Click the pic, go to "last," and read backwards.
If you are not informed about this stuff, you will be made sick. If you are informed, you will be made mad, all over again.
Very bad comparison. The Koran says that Muhammad was the perfect man who lead the perfect life that all Muslims must emulate. That Muhammad's exemplary life is applicable to all times and places. Thus Muhammad's evil deeds are applicable to all times and places. Evil deeds such as terrorism which his followers perpetrate today as they emulate Muhammad. Muhammad was not all evil but his latter years were devoted to war, conquest, murder, and his child bride Aisha.
The evil done in the Old Testament is instructive. Lessons are to drawn from it. Not necessarily to be copied and believed in. The Old Testament has no central figure whose life must be emulated. Islam simply does not exist without Muhammad.
"Anyone who actually believes the wisdom of words from a pedophile who fu%&ed a nine year old girl is an evil fu%&er himself. I dont go around quoting Charles Manson, and Mohammed makes him look like a candidate for beatification. The only reason that Mohammed wasnt able to do what Hitler was able to do on such a scale was because Mohammed was a God damned cave man with fleas in his hair and he didnt have the technical know-how to commit genocide on such a scale - not that he didnt try, mind you."
- ROFLMAO...this is great!
" think somebody should try to get the NEA to fund an artistic piece wherein they squat over a Koran and shit on it and then publish it to the entire Islamic world and say This is what we think of your filth. In fact, I would name the piece Defaming shit, to make the point that bodily waste is cleaner than the Koran."
- HAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHA
Holy cow, what a rant!
Thanks for the replies, everyone.
I'm that Blogger.
Concerning language: I actually don't curse like this in real life. I just happen to get mad at times and rant with the F-bomb in ways hitherto unseen in the English language. Might I add, however, that one of the best writers about this conflict, Oriana Fallaci, uses it as well, and much to her own merit. It expresses the rage in a suitable way (if used correctly), and I don't see too many people complaining about her usage thereof.
Naturally, I'm not famous like she is, but I endeavor to try.
Either way, I write how I feel. If you read back into my archives, most of my posts (even some of the rants) don't go off on the deep end like this one does.
Just sayin'.
