Hillary, Wal Mart and Abortion

Hillary is returning a $5,000 contribution to Wal-Mart’s political action committee, “because of serious differences with current company practices.” She allegedly believes Wal-Mart should provide better worker benefits.

The benefits Wal-Mart offers to its workers has been criticized for quite some time… Why did she choose this week to return these donations?

Perhaps there is something more to this story… Earlier this week, a lawsuit was filed against Wal-Mart in Massachusetts because they don’t carry the morning-after pill Plan B, and is starting to receive national attention… The three women behind the lawsuit are backed by Planned Parenthood and NARAL. This situation has already inspired WakeUpWalMart.com to start a campaign against “Wal-Mart’s Right-Wing War on Women.”

Hillary has already taken a hit from the former president of NARAL for donating to the Senate campaign of pro-life Democrat Bob Casey of Pennsylvania…

We should all make an extra effort to patronize Wal-Mart -- and tell their managers why.

This is an exercise in raw left-liberal power. They hate everything they don't control, and we can't let them express their hatred to the point of driving Wal-Mart into the ground.

Your comments make perfect sense because it was hard to figure out why she returned the donation. I didn't Ms. Clinton ever met a donation she didn't like.

IMO this Country is never going to elect a pro-abortion woman as President so the more she panders to NARAL the better for the Country and conservatives.

What exactly is the morning after pill plan B, and so what if Wal Mart doesn't carry it?

There is a law in Mass. that makes it necessary to carry morning after pills at all drug stores. Some was marts don't carry it.
Did you also know that you can be responsible for the death of a young girl and still be a senator from Mass?

So what if they don't carry it. I don't see any problems with it. The lawsuit is ridiculous, but Wal-mart has enough money to fight these kooks

Unfortunately yes

They shouldn't carry it, they should carry condoms.

The controversy seems to hinge on the meaning of "commonly prescribed" in a Massachusetts statute or regulation requiring pharmacies to carry all "commonly prescribed" medications.

Do the states that enact these laws indemnify the pharmacies from lawsuits by their customers?

States as indemnitors: that's a good one.

Women can take the "morning after pill" up to 48 hours after conception. This pill basically starts the menstrual cycle so that if conception ocurred, the fertilized egg will be shed from the body.

Since when is Hillary concerned about worker benefits?

This is talking about a benefit plan for Wal-Mart's employees. Some are confused and think that it means that Naral, etc.wants Wal-Mart to sell the pill in its stores. The lawsuit is being filed by Wal-Mart employees and they want their medical benefits to cover the abortion pill.

Taxpayers, employers, who else should pay for someone's abortion? How about the disgusting pig who is having the abortion? Why can't she pay for the procedure? Oh, wait...I guess that would be oppressing women and denying them their "choice".

I'd already decided to start shopping at Wal-Mart, but it hadn't occurred to me to tell the store manager why. That's an excellent idea--thanks for posting it.

Since Hillary not only refused to return "dirty money" from IslamoNazis, but even changed the donors' actual name (!), is a donation PIG and crook, this refund is rather peculiar; to say the least. NARAL pandering?
