Terrorist ACTIVITY? I guess that is one way of putting it. Again - calls into question a lot of the other thinking and bias of this conspiracy list.
Growing up it was rumored that in the early 60’s the government was broadcasting VLF waves into our neighborhood to determine the affects. And those rumors were during the 70’s.

This summer my oldest teen and I traveled around the ivies and the sister/brother schools looking at the programs and seeing how comfortable the environs were for our soon to be graduate. Several had sent invitations to their summer programs and we’ve been getting come hither literature since 2008/2009. I noted how Cognitive Science is now an undergrad major.
