Its a lefty source, but the news is good.
DeWine and Warner could probably be persuaded to vote with Frist if it came to it.
I wonder what blackmail the Dems have on him?
DeWhine is already seeing the backlash, and is trying to weasel out of his corrupt position.
Forget demonrats... it's the G*ddamn RINO's that will be the death of this Nation.
It's a cover his butt statement since the fool realizes he has an election in '06. He didn't have to sign on to this, he chose to, this can be tossed into the trash far as I'm concerned. The only signed statement I recognize is the one where he authorized reputations to be slandered, the President's authority to be stripped and his own to be increased in an elite unelected 14 cabal.
When an opponent is named, I'm contributing against him.
They are too busy patting each other on the back and attending the same parties to seriously ruffle each others feathers. The illusion of principals on most of their parts is just so much theater for the masses IMO.
I love all the threats I see people making against the Republicans who voted for this... remember all their threats against McCain? He ran for re-election virtually unopposed in 2004 - both in the primary and general.
McCain because of his personality disorder.
Collins and Snowe because of parochial Maine politics.
Warner because of his age
Specter because this is probably his last term.
DeWine and Graham, on the other hand are young and ambitious. They cannot afford to stray too far from the conservative base.
It will be very interesting to see how these two wield their new influence in the coming weeks and months. My guess is that they will do whatever they can to regain our trust.
I'm angry enough to pledge money to real conservatives who will run against these RINO's and replace them. How about $100.00 a head?
I encourage everyone to attack!

DeWine's career must end in the next Ohio Republican primary if conservatism is to remain viable in this nation.
