I think there are two groups of people we're talking about. There's one group that's basically defiant and insolent and self-pitying (the ones you are talking about), and another group - not just black - who really are part of a permanent underclass, who probably don't have what it takes to be self-sufficent or productive members of society.

You keep using this term: "permanent underclass." What evidence do you offer that it is a "class?" What eveidence do you have that it is "permenant?"
