"Harrassment." "Acussing him of fraud." "Be nice." Could it be, crack are starting to form in the foundation of this scam? Could it be, that a light bulb (however dim) could be going on in some DUmmies' heads?
If Paypal is hang on to the funds suspecting fraud, he can kiss acess to them goodbye unless he can document what they are for. Which, if legitimate, should not be too hard.
You know, it's probably some sort of standard PayPal policy that there's a waiting period--something the felonious DUmmie Andy Stephenson of course would have known for quite some time, seeing as how he's used it constantly for receiving "contributions" since at least January.
The DUmmie stories keep changing--note that this DUmmie mentioned the surgery was scheduled for today (Monday), when in all other posts, it had been scheduled for tomorrow (Tuesday).

Besides the "warm" photographs posted on a previous DUMMIE ALERT! so as to touch the heart, there were earlier postings in DUmmieland today describing in gruesome detail the surgical procedure--obviously not for illumination, but more so to tug at the heart-strings, about what the felonious DUmmie Andy Stephenson is going to endure, and what a fine hero he is.
I suspect--although I am not God; far, far, far from it--there is going to be a "build up" of sympathy for the felonious DUmmie Andy Stephenson, so the DUmmies will be so sorry for his plight they will not "hurt" when the scam is exposed.
