Santorum is making the lame excuse on the Hannity radio program right now that the Senate bill, that does NOT compel Terri's case to be moved to Federal court but says it MAY be moved, is the best they can do.
They plan to try to reconcile the U.S. House & Senate bills, but in the mean time by the time they all get through posturing, that is if they EVER do, it will most likely be too late given the morphine overdoses being administered.
It comes down to either the Executive or the Legislative Branch of state or federal government to reveal the dirty little secret: all three branches of government are co-equal and the judiciary cannot compel the other two to do its wishes.
Of course that means the 1973 U.S Supreme Court decision to compel states to permit the murder of infants in their mother's womb is worthless also.
Along with so many, many other disctates by jidical tyranny in this nation.
One of the two Bushes must use all the power of the Executive Branch to take her into protective custody IMMEDIATELY with no access at all to her by the 'husband' [sic] or any of his agents.
