USE THE CONSTITUTIONAL OPTION FRIST!!!! GET RID OF ACTIVIST JUDGES AND GET REAL ONES IN! Agreed. People need to get really motivated to get President Bush's nominees as judges. Time to fight those Democrats on filibusters and slowing down the Congress.

Sadly in this case Greer isn't an activist judge, he's just narrow minded. That still doesn't change the fact about the judicial nominees.
