Bush is the President, Kerry is not. The Election is over. Case Closed.

We should pray the left keeps this stuff up. They are building a reputation as whiny losers that will take decades to shed, even if they grow up some day.

What a sad joke the Democrats are turning into - if they don't win they refuse to accept the outcome. I would imagine that with all the efforts to stuff ballot boxes in states throughout the nation (and particularly the swing states) they just can't understand how they could have lost!

>> Thus for a more obscure Democratic candidate, farther down on the ticket, to get a quarter of a million more votes statewide than Kerry, suggests something happened to suggest there may have been a transfer of Kerry votes to Bush. <<

Yes... smart people, voting the right choice at the top of the ticket, even though their local choice for judge was a "Democrat".

If Jesse Jackson is involved, you know it's a losing proposition, but not without some doo-doo stirring first.

If John Kerry supports a "full investigation", he needs to step up and ask for it and not just hide behind the bigmouthed Jesse. To do so he would have to publicly rescind his concession and trumpet. But if he demanded an investigation he would probably get one (even though it's very late in the game). Jesse has no more skin in the game than any other voter.

Kerry is a Senator who happens to have lost a Presidential election.

I presume Jesse Jackson will be polling every other Senator on what they think should happen in Ohio?

This was addressed on an earlier thread. OhioSC candidates are not identified by party affiliation on the general election ballot or on advertising (after the primary). Nobody knew this woman was a Democrat if they were not politically astute.

And it doesn't compare to the Santorum/Gore ticket splitters in PA in 2000.
