NY Times is reporting on pictures of DEAD Iraqi prisoners who appeared to be mistreated.

He certainly shouldn't apologize for things that likely didn't happen. Those are unproven at this point and could be Iraqis injured in the war or from their own actions. If Rumsfield wants to apologize that Arabs have been humiliated by some abuse like being photographed with panties on their heads, that's okay.

Fitz, have you even read what has actually happened? It was an American soldier who reported this to his superiors.
