Just like pee testing is an industry that advances the cause of drug testing, the up and coming racket is the drug treatment scam. Yes, people need real help as anyone with a friend/relative that is an alcoholic knows. Drug treatment with the threat of jail will divert people to treatment weather they need it or not and the aspect to study is the diversion of federal funds under the faith based iniatives. The thing to look at is the money and forget the lies used to support any policy in the WOD.
