In case you were asleep in American History, and Gov't classes, I'll give you a free refresher. A law that is questionable is CHALLENGED as to it's counstitutionality. Not ignored. Once a law is CHALLENGED and found to be wrong, it is removed from the books. There is a proceedure to this. We all agree that the law, as written is not working. You are championing the choatic proceedure of ignoring laws you don't like. That's not how things are done in a Democracy.

In case you missed it the USA isn't a democracy. It's a constitutional Republic. Big difference - democracy is nothing be organized mob rule.

You are basically saying: "We [drug warriors, gun-grabbers, Disney, RIAA, etc.] bought those laws fair and square. How dare you so anything except vote? Now shut up and pay your taxes sheeple!"

Bosh! Running a JBT out of town is a perfectly legitimate response. Make sure their kids are pariahs on the playground, make sure the wife can't get a good manicure, make sure the plumber can't show up to fix a leak for a week, offer a 'special price' for car repair, and you raise the cost of stationing JBTs around the country. Make them pay a high economic and psychological cost for their thuggery.
