Do pistols have to be registered in Brroklyn? Fill out several forms, pay a $300 fee, wait 6 months, get interviewed a couple times, at which point they invariably deny your application.
Yes pistols must be registered there...and they won't let you register it.

If memory servers me correctly he did start the procedure to get the weapon registered through some sort of 'channels' for a fee but the process was not complete at the time of the shooting.

have you called the DA's office down there yet? I have not and intend to this evening. I have the contact info from the SCOPE e-list.
If I had anything but total contempt for NYC I would be more interested in this case. As it is I could care less if the 5 boroughs burned to the ground.
I mean no offense to any true conservatives living in NYC, but please think about what your area of the State has done to the rest of us.
