You have just posted what the collectivists and big government advocates would like you to accept and believe.
The older the dictionary you look up the word Anarchy the closer the definition comes to
"ABSENCE of GOVERMENT.

Doesn't change the fact that the anarchists in the world are following the dictums I describe above.
The anarchist websites are pushing for what is described above.
They are the enemy. There is no defense for them.

By the way, Joe. "You have just posted what the collectivists and big government advocates would like you to accept and believe."
That is pure unadulterated bullshit. This isn't some site about anarchists written by the government.
It is a site FOR anarchists by them.

And the communist/collectivist have adapted the buzz words of liberty to sell their crap.
You defend one instance where our government does a better job than no government.
Police protection? I think not. But they will sell you retribution at monopolistic prices.
Fire protection? I think not. But they might come help you put it out.
If you are so sure of youself, put this up on the main forum and lets go.
Otherwise we both are just pissin in the wind.

In simplest terms, BADJOE, anarchy is nothing more than another attempt to achieve Utopia here on earth. Given the nature of Man, and the size of the U.S. (not even thinking about the rest of the world), it's a wonder that anyone could seriously believe our nation could enter into a social construct of any kind without some means of providing order out of chaos. This means will be a "government" of some form or fashion whatever it's called. I will posit that not only modern society, but society of any kind, even the most rudimentary and primitive, cannot exist for more than a few months without some form of government.
I will readily agree that the least amount of government possible, commensurate with the needs of the society being governed, is best, but society without any government at all(anarchy) is chaos.

Ooops! That last was SM3.

Joe:
1) Are you against capitalism?
2) Are you against private property rights?

I agree with the "That governs best which governs least" I disagre that a rudimentry form of government is necessary.
But I'll sure take a rudimetry form over what we are suffering under now.

Good, then you aren't an anarchist.
They are. This is what they are about, if you want to believe it or not.
They would love for you to think of yourself as an ally because of your disdain for governmental tyranny.
BTW, our forefathers set up a form of government. They obviously weren't committed anarchists, in either your definition, or the real definition as presented above.
Heading out for the day.
Later. 9

Not for a long time they didn't.
And it was another 100 years till any Americans paid any attention.
