A twisted Georgia high school teacher has been charged with repeatedly having sex with a 16-year-old student — while allegedly exchanging nearly 20,000 sexts and begging him to run away to Mexico with her.
Amanda Katz, who was a teacher and then administrator at Roswell High School, smirked knowingly in her mugshot Tuesday when she was charged with improper sexual contact with the boy, which carries a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison.
The student told investigators that he had unprotected sex several times with the 55-year-old educator, mostly in her home and the backseat of her Jaguar car — even though she told him she was “literally scared s—less” at getting found out and going to prison, according to an affidavit

A 55 year old woman and a 16 year old boy? This could be great grandmother sex. French president Macron would love to hit that when she turns 105.

Retired public school teacher here. I’ve worked with hundreds of teachers over my career. I know of two such instances. And they only became known to me (and the public) after an arrest was made.
Had I known earlier, I would have instantly alerted the police (the city police, not the puppet school police). Such relationships are obviously very damaging to the student.
Now here’s the interesting thing. I also know of three instances where a student made a false claim of abuse. In two of those instances the student was mentally ill. And in the other instance the student wanted to get revenge because she had been referred to the principal for bad classroom behavior.
So it’s a complicated mess.
She looks crazy.
I had a hot teacher in the fifth grade (69-70) named Miss Robinson!
She treated me special. I was her favorite. But only 10. HA
She would teach Hawaiian culture abd we has a luau once. She dressed in a grass skirt and did the hula. Only class function that every father attended!
I once slugged a girl that kicked me in the shin with her hard Buster Browns on. Hurt bad. Miss Robinson had to keep me after school as discipline. Missed the bus so she drove me home in her little 2 seat jaguar convertible.
We moved out of California after that year. She sent me a post card every summer from her exotic vacations until I was 20.
It just seems like the last 12 years or more, we see many stories in the press about this, every week.

,,, the kid should have sent her to Mexico and piped off the Jag. He got the script wrong. You don’t get to be old and wise without starting out young and stupid. He could come out on top with a community award for charitable work with seniors though.

In my mid-late 30s, I was an Adjunct Professor at Business School of local university (40k students) for 3-4 years.
Almost every quarter a hot female would approach me for “help” with her grade in exchange for “favors”.
I always turned down the offer.
My class size at beginning of each quarter was 50.
At end of quarter it was 25.
No favors granted.
